How is a 90° connector made?
A PlayWood 90° connector is a patented clamp made of ultra-strong aluminum alloy combined with stainless steel elements. The connector has a high load capacity (see data sheet) and it can be used both indoor and outdoor with all types of boards with a uniform thickness between 16 and 19 mm (0.63 ~ 0.75 inches). For thicker boards 35mm screws are available. Each bracket can be reused over and over again: a modern design, easy to use and position.
Connector combinations?
Combine several connectors together in order to create shelves, seating, desks and bookcases: a couple of 90° connectors can make a T-joint. Triplets of 90° connectors can make a cross joint.
The gap remaining between the different panels allows you to extend the furniture structure in a modular way.
