Some orders take a little longer to process. If you are in a hurry to receive your products, it might be better to specify this in the "notes" field during checkout, to improve delivery times.

You can choose between bank transfer, Stripe (credit cards) or PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set one up as part of the checkout process or use PayPal as a guest to place your order.


Yes! We accept bank transfers and cash on delivery (only for deliveries in Italy). Instead cash and cheques are not accepted.

Yes. We take security very seriously. We don't handle payments ourselves, but we use the safest external softwares to handle on-line payments. We never store your credit card details on any of our computers.

Orders & Returns

We would be very surprised not to be able to solve the problem - it doesn't happen often. If we really can't fix it, we will refund your purchase.


It depends on where your order is delivered and the type of goods purchased.


All PlayWood orders are displayed on the "MY ACCOUNT" page: a detailed summary will inform you if your order has been processed or shipped. Our shipments are all traceable, we will e-mail you a tracking number and a link to your order when it is shipped.

If you work during the day, it is best that your order is delivered to your work address to avoid any problems.


Let's try to ship whole orders together. If there are delays or some products require more time to be available, it may be that the courier decides to deliver the packages at different times. Please check the product pages on the website for expected delivery times!
